Terms

MOSAMBE acts on your behalf, so the important part of this page is not the legal boilerplate — it is the list of things MOSAMBE is and is not allowed to do for you. That is the second section, and it is short.

The agreement

These terms are between you and Pada Labs ("we", "us"), the company that operates MOSAMBE. Using MOSAMBE means you accept them. If you do not, do not use it.

You need to be 18 or older. MOSAMBE handles money, bookings and correspondence, and it is not built for children.

What MOSAMBE may do for you

This is the heart of it. MOSAMBE is an agent — it takes actions rather than only answering questions — so the boundaries matter more than they would for an ordinary app.

It will not spend your money or commit you to anything without asking. A purchase, a booking that costs, a cancellation with a fee, a message sent in your name, an agreement of any kind — MOSAMBE describes what it is about to do, in plain terms, and waits for a clear yes. Not a yes you gave last week for something else. A yes for that action.

We do not grant ourselves the right to bind you. Nothing here authorises us to enter contracts, agreements or transactions on your behalf beyond the specific action you approved.

It can be wrong. MOSAMBE is built on a language model. It misreads things, it misses things, and occasionally it will state something confidently that is not true. For anything that matters — money, travel, health, legal deadlines — check its work before you rely on it. You remain responsible for decisions made in your life.

You can stop it. Tell it to stop, or use the controls in your account. It is designed to be interruptible.

Your account

Your phone number is your account. There is no password to lose, which also means anyone holding your phone number can receive a sign-in code. Keep control of your number, and tell us at hello@mosambe.com if you lose it.

Access is by invitation while we scale up. Invites are for people, not for resale — we may withdraw a code or an account that is being passed around commercially.

Your content stays yours

Your messages, the facts MOSAMBE remembers, the things you ask it to do — those remain yours. We take no ownership of them.

We use them for exactly one purpose: operating MOSAMBE for you. We need a narrow permission to do that — to store your messages, send them to the model that writes the reply, and show them back to you. That permission ends when you delete the content or your account.

We do not train models on your life, we do not sell your data, and we do not license it onward. See privacy for who processes what.

What you agree not to do

• Use MOSAMBE to break the law, or to arrange something illegal.
• Use it to harass, deceive or impersonate somebody.
• Point it at accounts or systems you do not have the right to access.
• Try to extract the underlying prompts or resell MOSAMBE as your own product.
• Automate abuse of the sign-in form or the messaging channel.

We can suspend an account doing these things, usually without warning if somebody else is being harmed.

Early access

MOSAMBE is early. Features will change, break and occasionally disappear. We may pause the service, change what it can do, or end early access entirely. We will give you notice and a way to get your data out unless something forces our hand.

It is free during early access. If we start charging, we will tell you before it applies to you, and you will not be billed for anything you did not agree to.

Things outside our control

MOSAMBE reaches you over WhatsApp or SMS. Your carrier's message rates apply, and delivery is theirs, not ours. When it acts on the web — a booking site, a shop — those services have their own terms, and their outcome is not something we can guarantee.

Ending it

You can stop whenever you like. Deleting your account removes your messages, memories, follow-ups, sessions and account record — see deleting your data.

We may close an account for the reasons above, or if we shut the service down. If we do it without cause, you get reasonable notice and your data.

Liability

MOSAMBE is provided as it is, without warranties, during early access. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us — which, while MOSAMBE is free, is nothing.

Nothing here removes rights you have under consumer law that cannot be signed away, and nothing limits our liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

The rest

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes go to the courts of Hyderabad.

If we change these terms materially, we will tell you before the change applies. If one clause turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands.
