MOSAMBE is an assistant that handles things on your behalf, so it necessarily holds details about your life. This page says exactly which ones, who else ever sees them, and how to get rid of them.
MOSAMBE is operated by Pada Labs. "We" on this page means Pada Labs.
What we holdIf you only joined the waitlist: your email address, whatever you typed in the "what would you hand over first" box, and the country your request came from. We deliberately do not store your IP address.
If you have an account: your phone number — which is your account, your identity and the way MOSAMBE reaches you, all at once — plus your name and timezone if we have them.
From using it: the messages between you and MOSAMBE; the facts it has chosen to remember about you; the follow-ups it has scheduled; and a record of each time it ran, holding what tools it used and whether it failed (not the content of your conversation).
For signing you in: one-time codes, stored only as a hash so a database leak yields nothing usable, and a record of your active sessions. We also count requests against your phone number and IP address to stop people abusing the sign-in form.
Who else sees itFour companies, each doing one job, none of them given your data for their own purposes:
Nobody else. We do not sell your data, we do not share it for advertising, and there is no fifth party we have not named here.
If you connect a Google accountGoogle requires this to be spelled out separately, and it is worth spelling out anyway, because connecting an account is the largest single thing you can hand us.
What we ask for. Today MOSAMBE asks only for your calendar: permission to see your events and to create or change them. Nothing else in your Google account is requested, and nothing else is reachable with what you grant. If we ever need a further permission — reading your mail is the obvious candidate — Google will show you a new consent screen naming it, and you can refuse it without losing what already works.
What we do with it. Calendar data is used for one purpose: answering you about your own schedule, and putting things in it when you ask. It is read at the moment you ask a question, held only as long as it takes to answer, and never assembled into a profile of you.
What we never do with it. We do not sell it. We do not transfer it to anyone for advertising, retargeting, credit scoring or lending. We do not use it to train or fine-tune any AI model — not ours, and not Anthropic's, which does not train on data sent through its API. No human at MOSAMBE reads your Google data, except in the narrow cases Google itself allows: if you explicitly ask us to look at something specific, if it is genuinely necessary to investigate a security problem or a bug, or if the law requires it.
MOSAMBE's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Taking it back. Disconnect at mosambe.com/app and the tokens are deleted at our end immediately. You can also revoke access from your Google account permissions page, which cuts us off whether or not our side is working.
What we do not doWe do not train models on your life. Your conversations are used to answer you, and for nothing else.
MOSAMBE will not spend your money or commit you to anything — a purchase, a booking that costs, an agreement — without asking you in plain terms first and getting a clear yes.
Deleting itThis is the part we think matters most, so it is built rather than promised.
Any single thing it knows: open your account, find it under "What it knows", press delete. It is removed from the database immediately and permanently. Not hidden from you while we keep a copy.
Everything it knows: the same page has a control that clears all of it at once.
Your whole account: see deleting your data. Your messages, memories, follow-ups, sessions and account record are all removed.
If you tell MOSAMBE to forget something in conversation, it marks it deleted straight away and it is purged from the database within 24 hours. The short delay exists only so a misheard instruction can be undone.
One honest limitation: messages already delivered to WhatsApp live in your WhatsApp history and on Meta's systems, and we cannot reach in and remove those. Delete them in WhatsApp as you would any other conversation.
