Deleting your data.

Three options, depending on how much you want gone. All of them are real deletions — rows removed from the database, not flagged and kept.

One thing it remembers

Sign in at mosambe.com/app. Under What it knows, every stored fact has a delete control next to it. It goes immediately.

You can also just tell MOSAMBE to forget something in conversation. It will, without arguing, and the row is purged within 24 hours.

Everything it remembers, but keep the account

Same page. Under What it knows, use Delete everything it knows. Your account and message history stay; the memory is cleared.

The whole account

Sign in at mosambe.com/app, scroll to Your account, and use Delete my account and all my data. You will be asked to type DELETE to confirm.

That removes your messages, everything it remembered, your scheduled follow-ups, your sign-in sessions, your account record, and your waitlist entry if you had one. It cannot be undone.

Or just ask us

Email privacy@mosambe.com from the address you signed up with, or message MOSAMBE from your registered number, and say you want your data deleted. We will do it and confirm when it is done.

One thing we cannot delete

Messages already delivered to WhatsApp exist in your own WhatsApp history and on Meta's systems. We have no way to reach into those. Delete the conversation in WhatsApp as you would any other.
